Spiral Conveyor System Evaluation and Belt Installation

• Determine belt condition and estimate remaining life
• Check belt path in cage and belt return areas
• Examine cage structure and components for damage
• Evaluate wear items such as wear strips, drive bar caps, edge guides, hold downs, and sprockets
• Check alignment of all system shafts
• Determine if proper overdrive is being used
• Map system using the TugTester™ digital remote sensing package and provide suggestions for optimum tension level
• Instruct on proper system maintenance including cleaning and lubrication
